CHILDREN brought the story of Christmas to life in Uley during a festive nativity.
The Uley Under-5s Playgroup held their nativity on Friday, December 6.
The youngsters performed their production of A Very Special Baby at St Giles Church in Uley.
Excited parents and village residents enjoyed the performance, after which coffee, mincle pies, Christmas cards and puddings were all on sale in aid of the playgroup.
Playgroup leader Nicola Wood said, “The children really enjoyed learning their songs and actions for the nativity and we are all getting very excited about Christmas now."
The playgroup meets every day except Tuesdays in Uley Village Hall.
