SLIMBRIDGE Wildfowl and Wetlands Centre showcases the changing of the seasons in its weekly video round up.
This week, with the shortening days the Jackdaw roost is becoming a mesmerizing feature of the late afternoon at Slimbridge particularly against a sunset.
A spokesman for the centre said: "We have managed to capture some amazing footage of the 7,000 Jackdaws on the site for Wildlife Weekly.
Elsewhere the European White Fronted Geese have reached their highest numbers this year on the Reserve at 140. While bird activity and numbers are building at WWT Slimbridge for amphibians it is hibernation time.
