A MAN needed to be rescued in the early hours of this morning after getting stuck on a wall.
At 3.44am Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service received a call from a man in the St Marks Area of Cheltenham who was stuck on top of a wall and in distress.
One fire appliance from Cheltenham West Community fire station was sent to assist with a crew of five fire fighters.
The gentleman was quickly rescued by the crew using a short extension ladder. The crew spent a total of thirty minutes at the scene and the male did not sustain any injuries.
