A BURGLAR has stolen thousands of pounds worth of biking equipment from a shed in Berkeley.

The unknown offender broke into the shed at the rear of the garden of a home on Salter Street and took a white framed fixed gear bike with a Cove Stiffee frame and various other specialist parts including a child’s seat and seat post.

The incident happened between 6pm on Thursday, January 2 and 8.45am on Friday, January 3.

Anybody with any information is asked to call Gloucestershire Police on 101.
