DURSLEY man Daniel Savory, 34, has admitted burgling four garden sheds and two garages and is now in custody awaiting sentence.

At Gloucester Crown Court Savory, of Rosebery Mount, Dursley, pleaded guilty to committing all the break-ins between 25-28 March last year.

From a garage in Fort Lane he stole two mountain bikes and a chain saw. Power tools were taken from two sheds in Fort Lane and bottles of alcohol from a third.

Another shed he raided was in Woodmancote and from there he also took power tools.

His final admission was to burglary of a garage in Woodmancote from which he took power tools, a mountain bike and a Raleigh bike.

His denial of four other charges of burgling three sheds and a garage with intent to steal was accepted by the prosecution.

Judge William Hart remanded him pending a pre-sentence report until January 31 when he will be sentenced together with co-defendant Daryl Ash, 38, also of Rosebery Mount, who has already admitted similar offences.
