TWO people have been taken to hospital after a rush hour accident near a garage in Alveston.
It happened at 6.21pm last night (Wednesday, February 19) on the A38 at its junction with Thornbury Road, near Berkeley Vale Motors.
Fire crews, police and ambulance services attended the scene.
James Bladon, spokesman for Avon Fire and Rescue Service, said: "There was a road traffic collision involving a car and motorcycle.
"One crew attended from Thornbury. No-one was trapped but crews assisted police and ambulance at the incident and made the vehicles safe.
"Two people were taken to hospital."
