A GARDENING school near Slimbridge has been selected to mentor four finalists in a prestigious RHS show.
The Cotswold Gardening School, based in Gossington, have been invited to mentor four designers creating Festival Gardens at the RHS Malvern Spring Festival from Thursday, May 8 to Sunday, May 11.
This brand new category of show garden is open for anyone to enter regardless of previous garden design or show garden experience.
The Cotswold Gardening School will be on hand to help so that lack of practical experience or drawing skills need not get in the way of a great concept.
Marketing manager at the school, Helena Radford, said: “We are so excited about our involvement in widening participation in show garden design and can't wait to share our enthusiasm and passion for building stunning show gardens.”
Designers must send their proposals in by Saturday, March 1.
