POLICE have launched an investigation after laptops, phones and credit cards were stolen from four hotels in South Gloucestershire.

The four burglaries were at the Almondsbury Interchange and Aztec Hotel, both in Almondsbury, The Grange Hotel in Winterbourne and the Holiday Inn in Filton and all happened between 7pm and 9.30pm yesterday (Wednesday, March 12).

Laptops, cash, mobile phones and credit cards were stolen in the burglaries.

During the burglary at the Aztec Hotel, the offender was disturbed.

He is described as white, aged 20 to 25 years old, 5ft 7ins to 5ft 8ins, and of medium build. He was wearing jeans and a cream hooded top with the hood up.

Anyone who saw a man matching this description or who has any information about the burglaries is asked to call investigating officer Det Con Ali Binnie via the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
