Man arrested for drugs possession after warrant issued

A 52-year-old man has been arrested following a warrant at an address on Siddington Road in Cirencester on Tuesday March 18.
Officers carried out the warrant and seized a quantity of cannabis, Amphetamine and a large amount of money.
Police Sergeant Richard Smith said “This was an excellent result and only possible through the co-operation of the local community.
"We always welcome information to address ongoing criminal activity and welcome calls through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
The man was arrested on suspicion of possession and supply of a Class ‘B’ drug and has been released on police bail until May 9 pending further enquiries.
