CREAM teas will be served at St Leonard’s Church, Tortworth, on Easter Sunday, April 20, with an egg hunt also being run for children.
Members of the congregation will be brewing and baking for the third year running, with the teas then continuing to be served throughout the summer on the third Sunday of the month from 2pm-4.30pm.
Last year the teas raised nearly £1,000 for church funds to help pay for water supplies, kitchen and toilet facilities.
Churchwarden Hilary Legg said: "We are lucky to be located in such a beautiful spot near the famous Tortworth chestnut and welcome this opportunity to offer hospitality to friends old and new.”
