TWO men have denied serious violence against another man and are to stand trial in July.
At Gloucester Crown Court Kevin Drew, 37, of Stevens Way, Horsley, and Christopher Goodfield, 32, of Phelps Mill close, Dursley, both pleaded not guilty to wounding Paul Harrison with intent to cause GBH on April 13, 2013.
Judge Jamie Tabor QC bailed the defendants for a four day trial starting on July 14.
He told them to keep in close touch with their lawyers because there was a strong possibility the trial would be held at Bristol crown court rather than Gloucester.
