A 24-YEAR-old man has denied breaking into a Dursley home and stealing a computer USB stick.
At Gloucester Crown Court Donald Tomlinson of Midland Road, Gloucester pleaded not guilty to burglary of the house in Rosebery Road, Dursley, between October 3 and 6 last year.
His solicitor Joe Maloney said he will be putting forward an alibi defence - calling evidence to show he was in Gloucester at the time of the burglary and was not involved.
Mr Maloney said he had supplied the names and contact details of witnesses who would support Mr Tomlinson's alibi.
Recorder Jonathan Barnes said the trial would take place on November 12 and he bailed Tomlinson until then on condition he does not go within 100 metres of the Dursley address.
