A NATIONAL Lottery player from South Gloucestershire has still not claimed a prize worth more than £50,000.

The lucky ticket for the EuroMillions draw on March 28 was bought in the district and its holder stands to win £51,232.90.

The winning numbers on that date were 3, 4, 19, 28, 43 and the Lucky Star numbers were 3 and 7 and the missing ticket matched the five main numbers.

The National Lottery is again appealing to players in South Gloucestershire this Bank Holiday to make it their business to find the missing ticket.

A spokesman said: “We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – this amazing prize could really make a difference to somebody’s life and is sure to put a smile on any bank manager’s face.

“We’re urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding over the Bank Holiday weekend. Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa whether staying at home this Bank Holiday or before travelling away for the weekend – someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune.”

He added: “We have the champagne on ice, the bank cheque written and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their prize in time.”

With all National Lottery draws, players have 180 days from the day of the draw to claim their prize. If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before September 24 the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to the National Lottery Projects – adding to the £31billion already raised through sales of lottery tickets since The National Lottery launched in November 1994.

Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0845 910 0000.
