A GROUP of men indecently exposed themselves whilst travelling to Cam and Dursley station.

The crowd of eight or nine men travelled on a service between Bristol Temple Meads and the Cam station on Sunday, April 20 at about 9pm.

During the journey, four of the men removed some of their clothing and indecently exposed themselves on board the train.

Detective Constable Danny Murphy is investigating the incident and said this was witnessed by a number of passengers who were understandably left shocked and disgusted by the men’s actions.

“Clearly, this behaviour was totally unacceptable and inappropriate and we are currently following several lines of enquiry to trace those who were involved,” he said.

“As part of these enquiries, we have obtained images of four men who we believe could help us with our investigation and I am today calling on the public to help us identify them.

“We know the large group of men got off the train at Cam & Dursley but are uncertain where they were intending to travel to as a number of train has been rerouted and replacement bus services were operating as a result of engineering work on the rail network that day.”

If you know any of the men in the photographs, or their current whereabouts, then contact the British Transport Police by calling 0800 405040 or texting 61016, quoting incident reference number GSUB/B2 of 22/05/2014.

Alternatively, information can be passed to the independent charity, Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.
