GLOUCESTER stars Mike Tindall and Charlie Sharples flexed their rugby muscles at Fifth Dimension Health Club in Ebley.
The England duo were put though a tough weight training session by Fifth Dimension fitness trainer Dave Marsh.
Tindall, who lives with wife Zara Phillips in Minchinhampton, tweeted: 'Good session with @CharlieSharples at @gymfifth great place if anyone in Stroud area needs a place to train.
Meanwhile, Tindall has revealed how the sacking of Nigel Davies as Gloucester's director of rugby has thrown his immediate future into total disarray.
However, while the 35-year-old former England centre has not ruled out playing on for another season at the Kingsholm stadium, he has confirmed that he will not play for another club if the Cherry and White's no longer require his services.
