AN ATTEMPTED break-in at a club in Dursley was foiled last week after the unknown offenders could not open the fire doors to the rear of the building.
The trespassers had gone to the rear of the property on Long Street and forced entry to the garden area between 11pm on Friday, June 20 and 11am on Saturday, June 21.
A Gloucestershire police spokesman said that once the offenders were inside the garden, two fire doors had been forced in an attempt to gain entry.
“This however has been unsuccessful and no entry has been gained and no damage was caused to the fire doors.”
If you have any information about the attempted break in, call Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 161 of June 21.
