POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a carjacking incident in South Gloucestershire.
Two men flagged down a motorist, grabbed his car keys and forced the driver to take them to Gloucester.
It happened between 7am and 7.20am on Saturday, June 21 on Feltham Road, between Pucklechurch and Hinton.
A police spokesman said: “Two men flagged down a motorist and then grabbed his car keys and threatened to steal his car. He was then forced to drive them to Gloucester.
“The two suspects are described as two white men, both aged between 25 and 30 years. One of them is described as having a muscular upper body, with short hair which was wavy and longer on top. He was wearing shorts, no top and Kicker style shoes.
“The second man was of a stocky build, with short hair and wearing a light blue polo shirt and shorts.”
He added: “We are keen to hear from anyone who may have been driving along the road at the time of the incident who may have seen anyone trying to flag down vehicles.
“We think that a car in front of the victim’s car was flagged down but he drove on.”
Anyone able to help is asked to contact South Gloucestershire CID on the force number 101.
