This was not a "collision between two vehicles" The Bedford was stationary after breaking down and the driver had positioned a warning triangle behind his vehicle. The lorry was then hit from behind. While in no way wishing to pre-empt the outcome of any court case arising from this incident, I felt it important to clarify the circumstances.

I agree with F. Weston, this was not a collision, you are making it sound like a head on crash, the driver of the car drove straight into the back of the stationary Bedford Lorry, The gentleman killed was a very good friend.
Can I suggest you talk to the police to get the correct facts before you put incorrect information on your facebook and web site page.
