A MAN is to be prosecuted for manslaughter following the death of a three-year-old boy in January.
Freddie Hussey, 3, died shortly after being struck by a vehicle on Parson Street, in Bedminster, Bristol, in January.
Today, following weeks of investigation, Tony Davies, 37, of Hallen, was served with a summons to court for manslaughter and causing death by dangerous driving.
Freddie Hussey, known as Freddie Boo, was seriously injured when he was hit by a Land Rover and a trailer at 10.15am on Monday (January 27). He died a few hours later in hospital.
Davies is due to appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on August 15.
