M4 delays as two HGVs involved in accident
THERE are currently delays on the M4 motorway in South Gloucestershire.
The Highways Agency has warned one carriageway is blocked westbound between Junction 19 (M32) and Junction 18 (Tormarton).
It follows an incident invovling two HGVs.
Emergency services are in attendance.
