The first copies of the 2015 Dursley Town Trust calendars have left the printer and are on their way to shops in Cam and Dursley.

Dursley Town Trust Chair Mike Doughty said: “The calendars have the usual good selection of photos showing the superb scenery around Cam and Dursley, all taken by local photographers.

“This year we have several new photographers and the calendar includes scenes from North Nibley and Stinchcombe as well as Cam and Dursley.”

The calendar will be officially launched at the farmers’ market on Saturday, September 13, and copies will be on sale from the coming week in local shops like Inches, Tolsey Two and Baileys in Dursley as well as in Clutterbucks and the post office in Cam.

Mr Doughty said: “Dursley Town Trust works to protect and maintain Dursley’s Town Hall and market place, which are expensive to decorate and keep in good repair.

“Selling the calendars is an important fund-raiser for the Trust and we are grateful for the wonderful support we have received in past years from local people buying the calendar and the shops that sell the calendar for us.

“Twelve local businesses also support the calendar by sponsorship and we very much appreciate their contribution to the work of the Trust.”
