TAKE your creaky pet to the vet in Dursley and learn how you can help improve their mobility.

Vale Vets, in Dursley, will host a new free club called Creaky Creatures, with the aim of helping older cats and dogs move around easier.

Taking place from Monday, January 12, to Friday, January 16, the club hopes to break the myths and offer pet-owners helpful advice on how to keep their pet in good shape.

Pet health councillor Sophie Graham, who will run the course, said: “I will be able to advise clients if I feel their pets are suffering with a degree of arthritis.

“A lot of owners mistakenly believe that when their pets start to slow down this is just a sign of old age, but it can often mean their pet is experiencing joint problems.

“Creaky Creatures Club is designed to break that myth and help owners manage their pet's mobility problems through rehabilitation, diet, exercise, joint supplements and pain relief.”
