THE next Bishop of Gloucester is to be announced this morning.
The successor of the Reverend Michael Perham will be announced from the office of the Prime Minister at 10am.
Many are suggesting that the role could be filled by a woman, following comments made by the Archdeacon of Cheltenham last year.
