FIRE and rescue services had a busy weekend due to the effects of the widespread strong winds.
An Avon Fire and Rescue spokesman said: "The service has been quite busy regarding loose tiles, loose rooves and dangerous scaffolding.
"This has been widespread due to the winds and across the service, areas of Bath, Clevedon, Weston-Super-Mare and Central Bristol.
"Fortunately none of the incidents have been serious and in total we have attended around 15 incidents of this nature.
"We expect to attend more while the weather remains as it is."
