POLICE want to trace the driver of a car who failed to stop after hitting a 15-year-old girl as she crossed a road in Gloucester.
The teenager was in collision with a green hatchback - possibly a Vauxhall Corsa - on Randwick Road, Tuffley, about 6.45pm last Sunday, 17 May.
She was knocked to the ground, suffering bruises and suspected concussion. The driver made no attempt to stop and headed off towards Nympsfield Road. The victim was treated by paramedics for minor injuries to her knee and head.
Police are appealing to the driver and any witnesses to come forward. Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting incident 384 of 17 May 2015.
