“AVANT-GARDE comedy god” Simon Munnery tinkers with existential philosophy in Stroud this weekend.
He returns to SVA, on John Street, to join Jonny Fluffypunk at his Penny Gaff on Saturday, from 7.30pm.
There he will present his full-length Edinburgh 2014 hit show, Simon Munnery Sings Soren Kierkegaard, in which - amongst a whole host of other weirdness - he attempts to find humour in the work of the po-faced Danish philosopher, via the medium of singing.
Also on the bill are Stroud’s very own Mr Misery, Bisley Road gloom poet: Bill Jones, plus Teutonic performance artist, Uta Baldauf.
