RESIDENTS are being encouraged to have their say on local decision-making at the next round of South Gloucestershire Council area forum meetings.
The meetings this month include an open session for members of the public to put questions to councillors and officers on any matter in their area.
The forums will be held over the next few weeks, with sessions at Turnberries Community Centre in Thornbury, on Wednesday, July 1.
A meeting will also be held at Shireway Community Centre in Yate on Thursday, July 9.
On the agenda for this round of meetings will be the allocation of community grants and presentations about food/waste recycling, plus a presentation from BT about broadband.
For a full list of meetings visit www.southglos.gov.uk/areaforum or to receive details of future meetings in your area contact Democratic Services on 01454 864425.
