BIOMASS business is booming in the UK after Austrian firm, Hargassner GmbH, announced the formation of its new UK distribution wing near Thornbury.
Hargassner UK Ltd was officially launched at the opening of their new state-of-the-art training centre in Buckover by Hargassner brothers Marcus and Anton Jr on Thursday, June 25.
Ahead of the grand opening, Hargassner UK director Fergal Murtagh said: “Hargassner biomass boilers are recognised throughout europe for their reliability, high quality design and comprehensive features.
“These fantastic training facilities, combined with our extensive on-site installer training, will help us to deliver unrivalled service and biomass solutions to our customers across the country.”
The firm is the leading designer and producer of biomass boilers in the UK, selling a range of boilers from compact systems for homes to large pellet and woodchip versions.
It has been designing and producing automatic wood heating boilers for more than 30 years, training over 400 heating engineers and industry specialists at their facilities in South Gloucestershire
