Police are appealing for information following a break in and burglary from two outhouses that took place in Standish, near Stonehouse, overnight on 10 – 11 July.

The burglary is believed to have taken place between about 7 pm - 4.20 am.

During the burglary a large amount of garden equipment was stolen worth many hundreds of pounds, including strimmers, disc cutters, hedge trimmers and chainsaws.

It is believed access was gained to the garden via a shared driveway, when the door locks were broken open with a boltcropper or a similar tool.

The offenders also appear to have turned the security light sensors in a different direction.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting Incident Number  80 of 11 June 2015 and crime number 16035/15.
