A 38-year-old man from Bristol has been charged with making a bomb hoax against Bristol Airport.
Robert Boyd-Stevenson, of Headford Road in Bristol, has been charged with one count of making a bomb hoax (communicating false information).
It follows a police investigation into security threats made against the airport on Saturday, August 29.
Stevenson has been detained in custody to appear before Weston-super-Mare Magistrates’ Court today (September 1).
