Firefighters from Stroud and Thornbury tackle M5 car fire
ONE fire engine from Stroud and two from Thornbury were required to deal with a car fire on the M5 northbound yesterday evening.
The fire service was called just after 6pm to the blaze between junctions 14 and 13 of the motorway
Crews used one hosereel and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire which was brought under control by 7pm.
