Broken down vehicle on M4 causing severe delays between M5 and M32 junctions
A BROKEN down vehicle is causing severe delays on the eastbound carriageway of the M4 this morning.
The delays are between Junction 20, the Almondsbury interchange, and Junction 19 for the M32.
At present the hard shoulder and lane one are closed with normal traffic conditions expeected to resume between 8.30am and 8.45am.
