Two 16-year-old boys charged after householder was assaulted during a burglary in Cam
TWO 16-year-old boys have been charged after the householder was assaulted during a burglary in Cam.
The first boy from Dursley was charged with assault and burglary. The second boy, also from Dursley, was charged with burglary. Both offenders will appear before Gloucester Youth Court on February 26.
The charges relate to the investigation into a burglary at a house on Elstub Lane on November 3 2015 where the victim was assaulted and a large amount of jewellery was taken.
The public are reminded that if they believe that a burglary is taking place at their house, they are not to enter the building, but to call police immediately on 999.
