POLICE in Gloucestershire have released CCTV images of three more men they would like to speak to in connection with an assault at the Cheltenham Races.

The incident happened at 5.40pm on Wednesday 16 March, Ladies Day, in the Best Mate Enclosure at Cheltenham Racecourse.

An altercation occurred when a man climbed on a table and began acting abusively. The victim, a 38-year-old man, helped him down from the table and the offender punched him in the face, causing a double fracture to his jaw.

Officers previously released images of two men in relation to the incident and are now also eager to speak to three more men.

The men may not be from the Gloucestershire area, so police are encouraging the public to share the images far and wide.

Anyone with information is urged to call Gloucestershire Constabulary on 101 quoting incident 375 of Wednesday 16 March.
