PUDDIFOOT Jack Passed away peacefully on 13th June at Windmill House aged 96. He will be sadly missed by Pat, Pam, Alan and their families and his friends. Service of celebration at Westerleigh Crematorium on Wednesday 29th June at 2.30pm.
