THREE young tortoises have been stolen from a garden centre near Stroud.
The theft happened at Highfield Garden World in Bristol Road, Whitminster, at around 11am on Wednesday, July 13, when the thief forced entry to a glass tank and took three small tortoises that were for sale.
The tortoises, two of which are pictured, are worth around £150 each and are described as being able to fit into the palm of your hand.
Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101 quoting incident 248 of 13 July.
