POLICE are appealing for information after several early morning burglaries in Sedbury yesterday.
The incidents are believed to have happened between 3.45am and 4.50am and involved a lone offender.
A brick was used to smash a door window and gain entry to the Royal British Legion club on Grahamstown Road but is it is currently unknown if anything was taken.
Wyedean School's sports hall on Beachley Road was also broken into, with the front glass doors shattered, an internal door severely damaged and a vending machine smashed, leaving drink all over the floor.
Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area or has information is urged to call 101 and quote incident 85 (RBL burglary) or 115 (Wyedean School) of 3 August.
