Charfield: Mr M Muggeridge, 19A Wotton Road, erection of single story rear extension and installation of flue for new wood burner.

Frampton Cotterell: Mr Andrew Simpson, 369 Church Road, works to replace rooflight on rear facing roof, install larger loft hatch and remove fireplace; Mr & Mrs C Dash, 94 Park Lane, erection of a single storey front and side extension to provide additional living accommodation.

Iron Acton: Mr P Sparkes, 9 Engine Common Lane, Yate, erection of a first floor extension to existing detached garage to facilitate conversion to self-contained annexe ancillary to main residence, (amendment to previously approved scheme PK14/0169/F); Juniper Homes, Land to the rear of Holmelea House, Tanhouse Lane, Yate, erection of seven detached dwellings (outline) with access and layout to be determined, all other matters reserved.

Marshfield: Mr David Hambly, Fuddlebrook, Ashwicke Road, prior notification under Part 3 Class R of a flexible change of use from an agricultural building to Class C1 (hotel and holiday use) as defined in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.

Wick and Abson: Mrs G Rawlings, Land at London Road, Wick, erection of building to form tack room and feed store (retrospective); Mr & Mrs S Grey, Land east Of Culleysgate Lane, Doynton, prior notification of the intention to erect an agricultural building for the keeping of livestock, fodder and machinery.

Winterbourne: Winterbourne Medieval Barn Trust, Winterbourne Court Farm, Barn Church Lane, installation of wooden doors to existing cow byres; Western Power Distribution, Court Farm Playing Field, Frampton Cotterell, application for consent under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989 for erection of new pole and overhead lines, the application is made under section 5(2) of The Overhead Lines (Exemption) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009-Planning Act 2008.

Yate: Mrs J Bisp, 53 Deerhurst, erection of a single storey rear extension, which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 3.6m, for which the maximum height would be 3.65m, and for which the height of the eaves would be 2.5m.
