A WOMAN has been taken to hospital following a crash on the A38 at the Berkeley bridge replacement roadworks.
Emergency services were called at 8.45am on Sunday morning to the crash between a Seat Leon and a Yamaha motorcycle outside the Prince of Wales hotel.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 63-year-old man from Chipping Norton, sustained injuries to his fingers whilst his pillion passenger, a woman, 56, also from Chipping Norton, was taken to Southmead Hospital by ambulance with a hip injury.
The driver of the car, a 25-year-old man from Bristol, was uninjured.
