BRIGHT pink high-visibility jackets and helmets were worn by builders from Yate to raise money for a breast cancer charity.
The construction workers and sales staff at the David Wilson Homes Autumn Brook housing development supported Breast Cancer Now’s annual Wear It Pink fundraising day.
The sales and marketing director Louise Ware said: “After spending the rest of the year in yellow high-visibility gear our staff always look forward to having a bit of fun and donning a more unusual colour on Wear It Pink day. They certainly turned some heads as visitors came to see the new homes at our development.”
Senior fundraising products manager at Breast Cancer Now, Lottie Barnden, said: “We are so thrilled that staff from David Wilson Homes showed their support for Wear It Pink again this year. It is wonderful to know so many people are getting involved to help fundraise for Breast Cancer Now.”
