Wotton-under-Edge: Mr Alan George, Wotton-under-Edge Swimming Pool, Symn Lane, this is a repair, refurbishment and minor extension to a wooden prefabricated building used as changing rooms at the pool; Mrs Sarah Watt, Wotton Community Sports Foundation, Wotton Road, Kingswood, erection of three timber shelters on Wotton-under-Edge Community Sports Foundation land.

These are applications to which Stroud District Council have been notified of. There is no formal mechanism for consultation on these types of applications, particularly where “prior notification” is involved. On occasion, the case officer may wish to contact public bodies to confirm information submitted.

Cam: Mr Justin McMillan, Solar Farm north of Cam and Dursley, Railway Station, Box Road, minor amendment in S.15/1477/FUL to include installation of additional metal piles to provide additional movement support.

Dursley: Mr Bodman, land at 18 Upper Poole Road, discharge of condition 2 and 6 of S.16/0694/FUL.

Kingswood: Crest Nicholson, land at Chestnut Park, discharge of condition 19 of S.14/1927/OUT for erection of up to 51 dwellings, ecological mitigation land, landscaping and associated works.

Stinchcombe: Mr & Mrs R Legg, Woodlands Farm, Taits Hill Road, minor amendment in S.15/0372/FUL.
