The following planning applications have been received by South Gloucestershire Council:

Yate: Crestbridge Corporate Trustees Ltd, Yate Shopping Centre, 36 West Walk, change of use of retail to and/or restaurants and cafes and/or drinking establishments and/or hot food takeaways as defined in the town and country planning order 1987, alterations to elevations and creation of plant and machinery area at roof level; Merlin Housing Society, Kennedy House, Estoril, change of use of part ground floor and first floor to form three flats as defined in the town and country planning order 1987; Heron Land Developments, Land at Goose Green Farm, works to coppice goat willow, hazel, elm, field maple and elder trees and crown lift overhanging branches to a height of four metres on the field boundaries indicated on the plan; HSBC Bank PLC, 2 North Walk, display of two halo illuminated letters and logo fascia sign, one interanally illuminated projecting roundel sign and one non-illuminated branch nameplate sign.

The under mentioned applications have been received since the publication of the previous list dated 27.11.16 may be inspected at Planning Dept, Council Offices, Ebley Mill, Stroud, Glos, (Tel:01453 754442) during normal office hours, 8.45 am to 5.00pm (4.30pm on Fridays). Any persons wishing to make representations about any of these applications may do so in writing to planning@stroud.gov.uk as soon as possible. Wotton-under-Edge: Swinhay Ltd, 8 High Street, renovation and refurbishment of existing building to provide a new retail unit at ground floor and two residential flats at first floor, demolition of rear extension and creation of new parking area.
