A SHELTERED housing unit in Wotton-under-Edge is expected to be put on the market by Stroud District Council later this year.
The site has been earmarked by the council in its housing committee’s medium term financial plan for sale with an estimated market value of £800,000.
Five sheltered housing schemes are scheduled to close with Dryleaze Court being the first and four others – including Cambridge House in Dursley and Glebelands in Cam – expected to be vacated by January 2021 before being sold.
