OFFICERS will visit a shopping centre in Patchway today in an effort to tackle the number of crimes in the area.
They will be at Asda store in the Cribbs Causeway Shopping Mall to talk to residents and answer any questions about their concerns.
This is part of the Avon and Somerset Police’s Operation Hercules project that aims to tackle the biggest crime-related issues residents have.
To see more information and photographs from the event follow their twitter #OpHercules.
Police are also keen to have a photograph taken with residents. They are encouraging anyone who does to use #policeselfie and share it using @aspolice, and the best ones will be re-tweeted by police.
They will be available from 10am to 3pm today.
