FIREFIGHTERS from Dursley spent two hours in Wotton-under-Edge dealing with a car fire on Thursday.

The incident in Wortley Road was reported to the fire and rescue service just before 9.30am.

A van was severely damaged by the blaze whilst a car was slightly affected.
The crew used a hose jet, two hose reels and two sets of breathing apparatus before the fire was extinguished shortly before 11.30am.

A spokesman for Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue said that the incident was not being treated as suspicious.
