Weather February 21: Cloud and light rain
IT WILL be a cloudy day with chances of light rain again today, but remaining mild.
Winds will increase through the day, with a fresh breeze expected by evening, as temperatures reach highs of 13C.
It will remain damp and cloudy overnight, with fog in hilly places and strong winds. No frost is expected as temperatures fall to as low as 7C.
