Road near Wick closed both ways due to accident
A MOTORBIKE rider has been taken to hospital by ambulance after being involved in a road traffic accident with a car.
He is reported to have experienced wrist and pelvic injuries, although these are not believed to be life threatening, and is being treated at Southmead Hospital.
The incident took place at around 10.30am on the A420 between Bath Road/London Road and Freezinghill Lane.
The road is currently closed both ways.
