A WOTTON-under-Edge teenage motorist was found to be under the influence of cannabis while in control of his vehicle, a court heard.
Astin Llewellyn, 19, of Little Bristol Lane, Wotton-under-Edge admitted being in charge of a Vauxhall Corsa at Howley while it was parked with 6.4 milligrams of cannabis in his blood, when he appeared before Cheltenham magistrates on March 8.
He was fined £200, ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and his licence was endorsed with ten penalty points.
