FIREFIGHTERS raced to Avonmouth last night after a bonfire lost control.
A crew from the Avonmouth station was dispatched at 9.07pm, arriving to find a tree and bushes well alight.
Using a high pressure hose reel, the crew was able to put the fire out.
It is believe the incident was caused accidentally when the bonfire became out of control.
