LESS than six months after over £20,000 in power tools and petrol engines were stolen from a business near Berkeley, thieves using similar methods have again raided its premises.
Overnight on Friday to Saturday (April 21-April 22), thieves cut through a fence at the back of TCS Country Supplies in Berkeley Heath before gaining access to the building via its roof.
Once inside a number of Stihl power tools including chainsaws, hedge-trimmers and drills were taken.
Gloucestershire Constabulary was called shortly after 8am on Saturday after staff discovered the theft.
In November thieves stole a number of similar items, valued at more than £20,000, after breaking in to the building through its roof overnight.
No one has been arrested in connection with the November theft.
